Our staff

Our practitioners encourage each child to grow into independent learners. They are supporters, observers, planners, providers, playmates, encouragers, challengers and risk managers. They carefully plan experiences that are appropriate for each child’s age and stage of development.

All our staff have been selected through an in-depth recruitment procedure, have received a thorough induction, receive ongoing training, have a mentor and a personal development plan. As a basic requirement all references are checked and a CRB check (Criminal Records Bureau) is completed. We care about who is looking after your children just as much as you do. We invest in our staff to ensure they receive continual training and are motivated to stay with us for a long time to provide stability and continuity in the care of the children. Our staff are either fully qualified, undergoing training or are invaluably experienced in childcare.

We employ a Childcare Director to oversee the delivery of quality childcare in both our settings and we employ EYP’s (Early Years Practitioner) within each setting to deliver the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
